Fawzi Wolley has been able to gain an eminent position in the food and beverage business in Ghana and West Africa. His company, Kwatsons Group Limited employs over 600 workers with his sales team having over 100 employees who are supported by a warehousing team of 250 people, he owns a fleet of over 100 delivery vehicles, including frozen vans.

In 2001, Kwatsons Group Limited opened its first retail outlet, called Max Mart; currently Max Mart is one of the most highly reputed chain of supermarkets in Ghana. The company also established the Max Mart Bakery Ltd.

Kwatsons Electricals, a subsidiary of the KGL deals in the import and distribution of electrical goods and home appliances for prestigious brands like Kenwood, Sony, Indesit, Panasonic etc., and has a large showroom for retail customers.
