After completing University, Theresa started her first business venture in fishing and this startup ended with her having a debt equivalent to $2.5 million at the age of 25. Without faltering, Theresa went on to establish Manet as a real state company. She is currently the President of Manet Group.

Manet Group is the second largest real estate developer in Ghana and is a diversified office or residential and hotel accommodation provider. Over the years, her company has played an active role in the real estate industry.  Manet Group comprises; Manet Housing, a real estate development firm, Manet Paradise, a three star hotel resort, Manet Construction a civil engineering company and Manet Towers.

Real estate baroness Theresa Oppong-Beeko’s fortune is on the rise thanks to massive properties she owns in the most expensive neighbourhoods in Ghana.
