OVERVIEW
Seth Dei returned to Ghana in
1992, after working for a U.S leasing company from 1973 until 1992. He worked
in New York and had become Senior Vice President of TAW Leasing in charge of
the company's operation in six Francophone countries in West Africa.
Seth Dei is extremely well
known in Ghana, especially for his founding of Leasafric in Ghana in 1993 and later
being elected as President of the African Leasing Association in 2001. He serves as a Partner and Co-founder of Blue Skies Ghana Limited. Seth attributes his success primarily to Anthony Pile;
the Founder of Blue Skies who he asserts gave him the opportunity to invest
He is also an art collector and owns an art gallery in Accra called the Dei Centre which houses the Dei Art Collection; his curators are New York University's (NYU) Africa House in partnership with the Seth and Carlene Dei Foundation.

Blue Skies is responsible
for 25% of Ghana's pineapple exports and around 1% of the country's total
exports, currently supplies 100 percent of its fruits products to some of the
biggest supermarket chains in Europe and South and delivers to over 15
retailers including Sainsbury’s and Waitrose.
Blues Skies employs
about 1900 people in Ghana.
The Dei Centre Art Gallery is home to Ghana’s largest private collection of contemporary Ghanaian
art.
