Prince Kofi Amoabeng is a retired military officer (Captain) and an
investment consultant. He graduated from the University of Ghana Business
School with a B.Sc Admin (Accounting) and is a fellow of the Chartered
Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA-UK) and a member of Chartered
Accountants CA (GH).
Kofi is the CEO of UT Bank
and the co-founder of UT Holdings. UT Bank (formerly UT Financial Services
Ltd) commenced business as a finance house in 1997 under the name Unique Trust
Financial Services Ltd. It has evolved from a lending institution to a
Universal Bank in June 2010 and presently listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange under
the name UT Bank.
