Oko-Nikoi Dzani is the founder of NDK. He has extensive banking & finance experience spanning over 3 decades. NDK Financial Services Ltd. maintains a leadership position in its five core business lines in Investment Banking, Asset Management, Brokerage, Private Equity, and Finance.

Prior to setting up NDK, he spent over 10 years working in the banking industry. He began at SSB, now Societe Generale. He is Chartered Accountant by profession.

NDK manages investments for a colossal range of clients, including public and private pension and retirement plans and others assets on behalf of millions of people from all walks of life around the world. Its subsidiary, NDK Asset Management is a company which was started after Ghana changed pension laws to curb the monopoly of the state retirement fund.
